The apartments consist of an entrance hall, one bedroom with queen size bed, a living room with 2 double size sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen or open plan kitchen, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each flat also benefits of its own private garage in the basement of the building. Apartments dispose of armoured entry doors with magnetic card lock, electric shutters, smoke detectors and fire alarms and fire doors. The building benefits of two lifts, video entry phone and is controlled by a CCTV system, disabled access.
